TAMALPA UK LAUNCHING AT THE QUARTERHOUSE 5TH APRIL 2012
For the very first time the Level 1 Personal Mythology training programme based on the work of Anna & Daria Halprin from the Tamalpa Institute is going to be offered in the UK and will be housed at the Quarterhouse.
Tamalpa Life /Art® is an internationally-recognized expressive arts practice which combines dance/movement, visual art, and creative writing to access the innate wisdom of the body and the transformative power of the imagination. This work supports personal, interpersonal and social change, teaching new models of health, education, psychology and art.
Creative Director Lian Wilson will be heading up and leading an experienced faculty of Tamalpa teachers, joining her will be Audicia Lynne Morley and Saille Mawson from Scotland. The UK branch is also very fortunate that Helen Poynor will be joining the team as a special guest to lead an environmental weekend as part of the training programme.
