Family Fun this Autumn at Folkestone Quarterhouse

With every season comes a new adventure! This autumn your family is invited to join Quarterhouse for journeys across land and sea, tales of animals and aliens and a very special Christmas show that will get you in the festive spirit!

We are delighted to welcome back Mrs H and the Sing-along Band for a series of free monthly family sing-along sessions. Half A String tell an epic folktale on a miniature scale with A Heart at Sea. We go into cuteness overload with Me..., the story of a baby penguin by much loved children's author Emma Dodd and learn all about what animals mean to you in Animal Den!

We are delighted to present three family shows to celebrate this year's Folkestone Book Festival. Author of Perijee & Me, Ross Montgomery talks about good, bad and weird aliens. Adventurer Robert Twigger will visit to teach us how to catch giant snakes, find zombies and what it is really like to experience a big adventure! We also welcome storyteller extraordinaire Rachel Rose Reid, who will be enthralling audiences with tales of Baba Yaga, a witch who lives in a hut that stands on a chicken leg!

This Christmas the award-winning Little Bulb Theatre present an unforgettable woodland adventure packed full of songs, silliness and plenty of audience interaction! Come and celebrate the festive season with The Night that Autumn turned to Winter, a festive show for all the family! Take advantage of our early bird offer that expires at the end of September.
