Qi Gong is one of the four pillars of Tai Chi. Its exercises are aimed at enhancing our bodies’ capacities for energy – our vitality. These classes aim to improve strength and flexibility, learning techniques for relaxation and natural breathing to stimulate the vital organs and enhance circulation. This popular course is open to new beginners each new term.

A traditional Chinese physical art aimed at cultivating life energy. Regular practice brings better health, increased energy levels and a greater ability to deal with stress and pressure. This is an on-going class and we welcome new beginners at the start of each new term.
